We spend 1 night in Kuta really good. The staff team was amazingly friendly and extremely polite at any time. Stayed in soundproof a double room with games changed daily and a luxurious bath and 2 queen beds. The hotel took care of the amazing service. Highly recommended for celebrating birthday.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Got impressive, huge room with balcony. Its location easy walk to Vi ai pi Club was great.

Certainly an absolutely amazing experience for celebrating birthday in Kuta. Nice size hotel with newly furnished rooms and most importantly, exceptionally friendly and extremely polite staff. Good location close to a public beach and cruise ships and other resorts, only 5 minutes walk from Vi ai pi Club. Also, in a quiet area for recovery sessions.

Fully equipped hotel with hard-working staff from the housekeeping to management and excellent Wi-Fi. Well-appointed and high-class room with a view to the garden. Luxury, large bathroom. Location - favorable, close enough to shopping area, restaurants, beach, and shopping mall. Also, to get to the beech.

The breakfasts were outstanding with Asian foods and the young egg chef, for example, couldn’t ask for anything better. I stayed in impressive, quiet room with balcony and space for 2 kids, for instance.

The views were pretty average.

Very lazy staff!

The rooms we had where spotless and with bunk beds, soft drinks plus garden view. The location was marvellous and beautiful, in the activities such as the foam party, perfect for a family holiday.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes!

The pool area has great games for kids. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options. Cocktails are 241 during happy hour. The hotel has secure facilities for families with children. Close to shopping options.

Pool is large and well designed. Has good activities for kids. Well positioned for shopping in Kuta. Has live bands which are good fun.

Rooms are small and basic. Drinks, both alcoholic and soft are ridiculously expensive.

nice pleace and good location

We had the best stay in Bali at a hotel in Kuta. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy with good WiFi. The pool was massive and amazing, perfect for relaxing. The live music at night was fantastic, the bands were talented. The location was fantastic, right next to the beach. The hotel felt safe and welcoming. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great with delicious food.

The location of the hotel is great. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. For those who are into pools and swimming I think it will be the right choice.

The air conditioning system in my room was poor. Bed was comfortable though it was not that clean. My room smelled bad. It reminded me of wet carpets left without drying. I think rooms prices are highly expensive for what you get in the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for solo travelers.

Very friendly staff, great pool area and family friendly. loved the cabanas and the swim up bar. my son enjoyed the poolside competitions run by the staff.

Noisy when in room. Could hear other guests coming in through the night. The band was loud but acceptable through evening/night.

Newly remodelled overall clean property, it has professional and well-trained staff from the housekeeping to management. The breakfasts are fresh made with a free beer and indonesian taste, as example.

We met kind and impeccable employees.

The location was great and lovely, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a watery amusement park. The airport was 10 km away. Have spent here 1 night and our double room was impressive.
